1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) to ensure they are returned in the same condition as received.

Ship the Item(s): Once you’ve received return instructions, ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy conditions. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If the return does not meet the criteria outlined above, we may refuse the refund or offer store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for defective items.
